PlayNC Email Newsletters

NCsoft regularly sends out newsletters to its customers, some are targeted at players of specific games and are branded with the game identity, and some are general, sent to all customers. These general newsletters needed a brand identity to link them to PlayNC, while not distracting from or overpowering the imagery of each of the games in the newsletter. I designed and built these newsletters to allow for each section of the mailout to have a strong brand image with a consistent high level of readability and appeal, and allow for localisation into many languages and writing systems.The HTML and CSS use both modern and legacy techniques to ensure that the email will display correctly on a wide variety of mail clients and online services.  A plain text email is always sent with the HTML and I made sure that this version was just as clear and informative.
