PlayNC Site and Merchandise Store

PlayNC is the site that NCsoft uses for customer support and billing. In 2006 I developed a new brand identity and logo for the site, and designed a new site to promote NCsoft’s activities in the West. The site had promotional sections for each NCsoft game, and a new news section that combined news feeds from each of the games sites.

The merchandise store was added as a proof of concept in 2007 to allow NCsoft to directly sell to customers. The site used an external fulfilment agency and so the existing site and its functions had to integrate with their systems.
